PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Grants and Budget Accountant for our administrative office in Columbus.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the department directors to advance the mission and vision of PrimaryOne Health in support of the nursing mission, goals, policies, procedures, quality assurance plan, and work standards.

Performs assignments as directed by the assigned clinical director and/or CCO (or delegate); and may make administrative decisions as directed.
- Assists with compiling of and preparation of data on patient outcomes, quality assurance results, goal achievement, and performance/productivity for assigned clinical director and/or CCO (or delegate)

Participates in medical practice planning related to clinic and emergency/disaster response system.

Ensuring compliance with clinical nursing care established regulations and standards including quality assurance, confidentiality, and medical record documentation.

Provides training to nurses and subordinate staff, ensuring appropriate nursing protocols are followed including proper assessment, case management and treatment of patient.

Works with Site Managers to ensure the performance and productivity of all nursing staff is evaluated on a regular basis throughout the year and annually. Advises on appropriate corrective actions and development opportunities.

Assist with hiring, training and evaluating all clinical support staff.

Support the high quality of care by nursing staff through continuous improvement of standards and protocols.

Collaborate with Pharmacy team on all immunization activities to assure appropriate vaccines, quantities, etc. are ordered, stored and distributed.
- Research current state, federal, and payer regulations/requirements and updates professional standards for nursing for the medical practice appropriately.

Collaborates with the Clinical Application Specialist in developing standardized nursing workflow, the Patient Services and Process Manager in developing and implementing standard PM data gathering and with the Director of Human Resources in the overall PrimaryOne Health standard training program.

Collaborates with the quality manager to implement quality care programs.

Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.

Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess a current State of Ohio RN license. BSN from an accredited school of nursing, MSN preferred. Minimum 4-6 years of nursing experience with training and supervisory experience.
Employment with PrimaryOne Health is contingent on new hires completing full COVID-19 vaccination within 45 days of start date to maintain employment (unless you request and receive an exemption)
