We are currently seeking a full-time PMHNP-BC who is comfortable working with children, teens, and adults in our growing practice in our Brookline, Massachusetts office. This is a terrific opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with a motivated population. Hybrid model - 3 days in office.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Clear and active Family Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Current certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from a nationally recognized accrediting body.
- Board Certified
- Current and active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Must hold the credentials to prescribe medications to children, teens, and adults.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing, preferably outpatient.

Essential Duties:
Clinical Assessment and Evaluation:
Medication Management:
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications per established protocols and clinical guidelines.
Monitor medication efficacy and side effects, adjusting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide patient education regarding medication regimens, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
