Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of managing offices, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, human resources knowledge and using various software tools.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure all office technology is functioning properly and liaise with IT support as needed.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage office-related HR tasks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on office operations and performance.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. Oversee daily operations.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and fully equipped.
- Coordinate and manage office services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a consulting or engineering firm, managing multiple office locations for a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience in handling day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Proficiency in office management software and accounting software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

- Computer, Phone, Fax, Scanner, etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, talking for extended periods of time.
Qualities Preferred:

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
