GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The West Coast Sales Manager is a remote position responsible for developing, implementing and executing, sales strategies that promote growth and drive revenue within the region,. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The West Coast Sales Manager is expected to be a seasoned sales professional with a thorough understanding of the Dietary Supplement Industry with a focus contract manufacturing.

Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
Remote Communication: Engage and build rapport with customers and colleagues remotely through various virtual platforms.
Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage digital tools for sales presentations, client engagement, and performance tracking.
Data Analysis: Utilize proficiency in sales analysis tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Tableau) to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes.
Travel: Travel as necessary for client meetings, trade shows, and team coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of sales management experience in the nutraceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in sales analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
