Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of duties. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Duties:
- Assist Human Resources with a variety of tasks including employment verification
- Book travel arrangements
- Set up hotel reservations for contractors
- Answer phones and take detailed messages
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Assist office with misc tasks as they arise
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Keep file system updated
- Must be self-driven with very little supervision
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
