CERTIFIED Enterprises, Inc., based in Anaheim CA., is a leading provider of recycling and waste solutions services. This position requires an experienced customer services representative to assist our sales representatives in managing their client portfolios. The position provides exceptional customer service support to clients pertaining to their waste and recycling services the company provides.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence to provide great customer experiences with each/every interaction.
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers with requests/questions for services with a sense of urgency, priority, and professionalism.
- Assist sales representatives with account management activities. This includes taking the lead and ownership on preparing coordinating service requests, quotations, sending quotations, A/R follow-ups, communications with vendor service partners, entering activities in the CRM, etc.
- View/engage with all internal co-workers as customers and work with them accordingly.
- Coordinate with dispatch, vendor service partners, sales and other departments to make arrangements for logistical services as well as troubleshoot and resolve periodic customer issues.
- Onboard new clients – pickup hours, contacts, billing etc.
- Maintain / update customer contracts and customer activity in the CRM.
- Teamwork with all co-workers. Responsibilities performed 100% in office.
- Initiate communications with sales reps frequently within each workday to ask how you can be of support via email and/or phone calls.
- Other project work as requested.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products i.e., Word, Excel, etc., and CRMs.
- Professional with strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) with customers, vendors, internal department teammates, and the sales team.
- Attention-to-detail, proactive-mindset, and professional demeanor.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Well organized.
- Strong team-player and collaborator with capabilities to support the sales reps/business development team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the recycling and/or waste management industries preferred but not required.
