Job Description
Job Summary
The position has management and leadership responsibilities, including establishing and executing the strategy for treasury operations and global liquidity and cash management activities. The position leads a team and has broad responsibility for treasury operational initiatives and oversight of global cash management processes.
Responsibilities

Develop overall cash management strategy and oversee related activities to meet ongoing operational and other requirements, including cash positioning, forecasting, reporting, borrowing, and investing activities

Establish the strategy for international banking and manage a multi-currency cash pool

Manage process for execution of spot FX transactions to ensure all transactions are properly documented and controls are followed

Identify and implement operational initiatives to improve efficiency and controls related to cash, investments, and treasury management processes

Develop and implement plans for intercompany capital transactions, including intercompany loans, capital contributions, and dividends, and assist with requirements associated with legal entity changes

Manage letters of credit, financial guarantees, and letters of support

Work with the accounting department to ensure the accuracy of treasury reporting for financial statements

Manage global bank fees, including the bank fee reporting process

Maintain strong banking partner relationships

Oversee all treasury management system activities, including maintenance, interfaces, and implementation of new modules

Work with local finance teams to improve cash management practices and optimal funding to the global multi-currency cash pool

Manage treasury components of acquisition due diligence and integration

Maintain, update, and test treasury contingency and disaster recovery plan

Ensure compliance with all global treasury policies; work with the Treasurer to update and maintain global treasury policies as needed

Manage and develop treasury staff

Develop ad hoc reporting and support the Treasurer where needed
Qualifications
Skills and Certifications
-
Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and reporting, as well as knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Experience with designing and implementing treasury management system modules

Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-
Ability to work with people at all levels and influence operational decisions

Proficiency in using various software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 10+ years experience in international treasury management

MBA is preferred
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $157500 - $310100 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
