Overview:
In anticipation of an award, Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading large software development projects, particularly in supporting Government/Federal work.
Additionally, candidates should demonstrate expertise in IT systems security methods, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and implementing new IT technologies. Experience in program management for complex IT programs is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver formal presentations.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee large software development project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Apply IT systems security methods and techniques to system designs, ensuring robust security measures are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform cost/benefit analyses and other appropriate analyses using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to inform project decisions.

Implement new and emerging IT technologies and applications to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.

Work closely with customers to assess their needs and provide effective problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide specialized, progressive experience in program management for complex IT programs, with a minimum of 10 years of experience preferred.

Demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- US Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in leading large complex IT programs.

Experience applying IT systems security methods and techniques to systems designs.

Experience performing cost/benefit and other appropriate analyses using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods.
