We are looking for:
- Someone who has computer experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and business applications software including TMS or an ERP (like, Business Edge),
- Someone who can work independently and as a collaborative team member,
- Someone with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to continue learning, and
- Someone who has an employment history of staying with each employer at least three years.
The Job Role includes working with our Logistics Coordinator Leader to:
- Support all logistics-related tasks and responsibilities.
- Contact vendors to schedule PO pick-ups.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales and Warehouse teams.
- Coordinate domestic pick-ups, transfers between warehouses, customer deliveries, and returns for each warehouse.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to improve efficiencies, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with third party providers such as UPS, FedEx, and multiple freight carriers.
- Work with existing logistics technology to streamline overall operations.
- Contribute to improving innovation, safety, and quality at STS.
- Control the flow and processing of related logistics documentation.
Compensation:
$18-20/ hour
Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $630* that are paid every 3 months. *
*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
