Job Title: Land Surveyor
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting land surveys, collecting data, and providing essential information for various construction and development projects. Duties:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced tools such as GPS, Robotics, and Drones.
- Utilize software like AutoCAD and Carlson for data analysis and mapping.
- Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy in measurements and boundary lines.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey information for project planning.
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings based on survey results.
- Perform field work including setting control points, benchmarks, and property corners.
Experience:
- Proven experience in land surveying techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using tools such as GPS and Robotics.
- Strong knowledge of software applications including AutoCAD and Carlson.
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret survey data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in survey-related tasks.
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS, Carlson, Land surveying techniques.
- Knowledge of Carlson for mapping and design purposes.
- Data analysis skills to interpret survey results effectively.
- Experience with Robotics for precise measurements.
