Overview:
Upper Crust Bakery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. This is a key leadership position that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection by the recruiter
- Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes by payroll coordinator
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching to improve performance
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- In charge of Worker's Comp, reporting, investigation, interviewing, etc.
- Oversee payroll
- Oversee benefits
Experience:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with payroll platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, training development, program management, and change management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise a team of HR professionals
- Ability to multi task
