Responsibilities include, however not limited to
- Oversee food preparation in the restaurant
- Assist in preparing ingredients
- Stock work stations with supplies and tools
- Delegate cleaning and preparation tasks
- Assist in the training and development of BOH staff members
- Assist in service, on the line when needed and expo
Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who has full time availability & weekend availability.
- A minimum of one (2) years of experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred for the line cook
- Must be a team player, reliable, and punctual
