Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome is looking for a part time Barista to join our team! Holiday Inn is a full service 292-room hotel that has been locally owned and operated in downtown New Orleans since 1968. Job Summary : Prepares coffee orders and serves to hotel guests according to well established rules of etiquette and performs various incidental duties to furnish excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivers and serves food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
- Ensures menu knowledge
- Removes china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the guest period and deliver to the stewarding area
- Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the Coffee service
- Responds to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Assists fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
