Sample Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for service, parts, and tooling
- Input payables into Microsoft Dynamics
- Monitor RMAs including tracking open RMAs, ensuring closure, and issuing credits to customers
- Maintain parts and pricing in inventory system
- Will act as part of the team that answers phones
- Assist with A/R customer collections
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned
Skills:
- Customer-oriented
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Accounting background will be viewed favorably but is not required
