The roles & responsibilities of a Service Technician includes, but is not limited to:
- Deliver & Install laundry equipment to properties
- Perform maintenance and repairs of commercial washers and dryers

Who We Are:
In 1964, at the age of 65, Ken Hainsworth retired from a career in appliance sales and started the Ken Hainsworth Company.
This consisted of only a couple dozen accounts, giving him something to stay busy with while allowing time to fish and enjoy his retirement. Occasionally, there would be a washer or dryer that needed repair or a customer looking for help. He thrived on interacting with everyone he met, and formed many wonderful relationships with his suppliers, apartment owners and management as well as, the end users of his service.
He soon found himself less interested in retirement and more interested in building and expanding his little business. Today, seven of Ken's grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and even great-great grandchildren are employed in carrying on his legacy of excellent personalized service. We proudly lease and rent laundry equipment to various types of property, such as apartments and colleges, and provide service for the machines.
Our family, which now extends to our many wonderful non-family employees, love what we do and feel pride in providing the very best value to our customers.
