Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This role will support the CEO and manage daily office operations at our Oak Brook headquarters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to Full-time or Part-time (minimum 6 hours/day) and will be based at our Oak Brook headquarters location.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, expenses, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Office Manager Duties

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.

Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences.

Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience in the technology industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
