Job Overview:
We are seeking an IHG Expert Leader to join our team at three IHG properties across the country. Travel is required, 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IHG branded Hotel management and possess excellent leadership skills. If you do not have IHG Operational Management Experience 3- 5 years required, please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and train staff members in various departments
- Handle systems efficiently and professionally
- Participate in budgeting and revenue management activities to optimize financial performance
- Maintain high standards of guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IHG Operations, overseeing General Managers.
- Proven track record in supervising teams and driving operational excellence, at IHG branded hotels
- Familiarity with processes and financial procedures for IHG hotels
- Strong budgeting skills with a focus on revenue management
- Background in hospitality management with a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests at IHG properties
- Experience working in a hotel operational position at IHG hotel REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
