We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination of all capital equipment sales from order stage to delivery, installation, and final billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-end customer sales from order acceptance to final installation.
- Assist all internal stakeholders involved in the sale, installation, and post-sale processes.
- Manage and oversee 40+ high-end sales simultaneously.
- Efficiently and professionally resolve issues with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and manage orders, determining the installation timeline based on inventory and resource availability.
- Schedule and coordinate the fulfillment of orders with the Operations team.
- Arrange and oversee the order installation directly with the customer and internal Service Department.
- Adhere to the company’s mission, vision & values, and health and safety policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Equipment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 8 hours.
- Communicate effectively with others to exchange information.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in computer use with beginner to mid-level experience with Microsoft Office suite.
