HiLight Staging is a boutique home staging company based out of the South Bay. We stage all types of properties around the San Francisco Bay Area. We’re looking for a Designer to join our team to support our growing company. If you have a passion for design and love a trendy and modern look, we’d like to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will be self driven and able to work in a fast pace environment, along with having an openness to be coached around our design and processes. You should have a positive attitude and be willing to wear multiple hats during the end to end process for each project.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Experience in home staging and/or interior design preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive around the Bay Area (50+ miles)
- Professional, reliable, proactive, organized/detail oriented
- Must be flexible and pivot with schedules. Be willing to work weekends and nights if needed
- Endurance and ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to "self-start," work independently + meet deadlines
Responsibilities Include:
-Select furniture and accessories for each project
-Attend consultations/walkthroughs
-Including but not limited to furniture placement, accessorizing, hanging artwork, steaming bedding
-Support the entire staging department in completing each project successfully, including packing items, loading/unloading vehicles and restocking unused items.
-Provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
-Running various errands (e.g. pick up keys, return to staged properties for change-outs, moves, etc.)

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Interior Designers: 1 year (Preferred)
