We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to build, implement and manage our Dealer Customers and Installation Partner efforts. As a collaborative startup team member, you’ll play a key role in building exceptional systems and processes to meet current and future business plans as we grow our nationwide installation network.
Job Summary
As a Dealer Channel Revenue Architect here at Xponent, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's Revenue growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and nurturing relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By working with our 3 Party Marketing team, leading contract negotiations and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, you will contribute to revenue success and position the company as a leader in the industry.
You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, and you'll work out of a U.S. based remote location on a full-time work schedule.
In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By developing and executing channel revenue strategies and implementation, you will drive growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with distribution, dealers and installation partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions will contribute to the company's overall success and solidify its position as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute dealer channel strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners leveraging internal software and solar engineers, and end-users providing product training, support, and guidance
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth and new product knowledge transfer
• Self-starter and motivated to meet and exceed established Revenue and Customer Satisfaction targets
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, critical thinking negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time (U.S. & Canada)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and targets and customer satisfaction
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and trends
- Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex Industry sales cycles.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in Solar, RV, Auto or Truck Sales a plus
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends.
