Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a Behavior Analyst, you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits. You are responsible for:
- Adhering to and supporting policies and procedures, providing necessary training for behavior assistants, RBTs, Program Managers and/or BCBAs and communicating these expectations to parents, service providers, and funders as necessary.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other service providers to enhance and integrate intervention (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs, support plans), communicating verbally and in writing and attending meetings as needed. This includes returning emails and phone calls from caregivers within 48 business hours.
- Complete assessments, develop written reports, updates, and graphs within designated timelines, following the protocol checklist and using the behavior plan template as designed.
- Upload behavior plans, plan updates, support plans, monthly graphs with current data, and all other client documentation required by funding sources and CMG Inc. on the online system in accordance with required timeframes determined by pay sources.
- Initiate and document Peer Reviews, LRC review, and/or Team Meetings for clients for whom it is required per funding source and/or CMG Inc. guidelines; includes attending all meetings mandated by funding agencies (e.g., support plan review, IEP).
- Develop quarterly or annual reports in accordance with requirements of the funder, ensuring administration of the quality of life assessment at least every 6 months and caregiver surveys at least yearly.
- Attend scheduled ‘Analyst Roundtable’ meetings held by CMG Inc. either in person or online. If unable to attend, communicate with the regional coordinator within 48 business hours to get information and resources provided.
As a Behavior Analyst, the following requirements are needed:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required
- Masters Degree in psychology, special education, applied behavioral analysis, child development, or related field of study is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other mental disorders
- 2 years BCBA experience preferred

- Behavioral intervention strategies
- Learning theories and instructional methods
- Ethics, laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
- Developmental processes of children, adolescents and adults
- Technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Trauma-informed treatment
- Cultural humility
- Compassionate and ethical treatment
Ability to:
- Objectively analyze crisis situations
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, school personnel, other outside professionals, and agency staff
- Perform general clerical duties including maintaining accurate client records and preparing clear and concise records
- Use a computer and behavioral software to prepare documents and maintain client records
- Work independently and make decisions within the framework of established guidelines
- Follow guidance from senior-level staff to enhance own professional development
- Work with a diverse team of professionals and clients in a respectful manner
- Travel to clients’ homes
