Position Summary
Develop and coordinate the ACSI Bible Assessment program, provide day-to-day support of assessment program services, school support, and program communications of the ACSI Student Assessment Program.
This is a full-time, remote position performed from a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the ACSI Assessment Program including products, services, policies and procedures

Develop and coordinate the ACSI Bible Assessment testing program to include school communication, test set-up and administration oversight, and school consultations and ACSI Community

Report on and assist with the management of the Iowa Assessments paper/pencil program to include school communication and services

Use the assessment program participant tracking system in Protech for the purpose of communicating effectively and appropriately to testing groups

Provide support for regular and systematic training and support to ACSI Care Team, sales staff, and schools regarding assessment products, services, and program policies and procedures

Contribute professionally to print and electronic publications of ACSI on topics related to assessment in general, and the ACSI Assessment Program specifically

Work directly with schools, the Care Team, and vendors to resolve questions, issues, and problems regarding products, services, and processes, including managing dissemination of tickets for the Assessment team

Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating effective and efficient program policies and procedures by collaborating with Assessment and vendor teams, and Care Team leadership
- Support the Assessment team leadership in promoting the ACSI Assessment Program to Christian schools; maintaining an effective assessment program presence on Purposeful Design and ACSI websites and ACSI Community; and effectively communicating program features and policies and procedures to all interested parties

Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary Range: $54,000 - $59,000 per year; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.

Required Experience and Education

Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or education experience
- Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a relevant degree program preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases

CRM experience preferred

Strong technology and research skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of ACSI internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

Proven ability to interact effectively with leadership and peers and work effectively with cross-functional team

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls

Ability and willingness to travel up to five times per year for two to four days by plane or automobile

Driver’s License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
