Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and conducive to learning
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong understanding of child welfare and the ability to provide emotional support when needed
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a structured learning environment
- Experience in tutoring or teaching in a preschool setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methods is a plus
- Knowledge of math concepts suitable for preschoolers
- Background in physical education activities suitable for young children
