ADMIN/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Must have Quickbooks and Excel experience.
Assistant Responsibilities:
Receive and prepare incoming orders for shipment to customers
Input vendor invoices into QuickBooks
Generate bi-weekly payroll
Assist with researching vendors and pricing
Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, ordering supplies for the
office, and maintaining warehouse
Maintain professional communication via phone and e-mail.
Other assignments as needed
Required Skills:
Good Data Entry skills
Accounts payable experience helpful
Microsoft Office skills [Excel intermediate skills or greater are needed] Familiarity with QuickBooks
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience with procurement helpful
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Good work ethic
Ability to lift boxes/items up to 50lbs [there are several lift dollies to assist: most
deliveries are under 50 lbs.
General:
Hours: Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch
NOTE: Katco is a 2–3-person office;
This is a 30 to 40 work week paid at an hourly rate. No medical benefits offered.
