We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. As aCall Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with information about various state benefit programs and motivating them to enroll. With a comprehensive training program and ongoing support, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about state benefit programs.
- Explain the benefits and eligibility requirements to potential customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively overcome objections to successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
We cannot accommodate other schedules or exceptions.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $75,000 per year (Starting: $850 - $1,500 /week)
$75,000 - $125,000 per year (Experienced)
The above salary range is typical for most individuals. Those with call center experience and/or fast learners will likely see increased compensation.
Paid Training:
We provide comprehensive in-office training. Your first week in the office will be dedicated to learning and training with your team leader. Ongoing support and training will continue.
