Marathon TS is looking for a Talent and Performance Consultant to support our efforts at DIA:
Responsibilities:
- Implement Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
- Guide clients on Recruiting configuration and implementation
- Lead data conversion from legacy systems
- Advise on Recruiting application planning
- Communicate project updates to clients
- Mentor and share knowledge with team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years implementing Workday Recruiting
- Experience with end-to-end Recruiting implementations
- Deep understanding of Recruiting configuration
- Workday Recruiting certification preferred
- Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly
