OPEXUS is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate who will partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support, measure, and identify opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of OPEXUS’ marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the role will own our Marketing Automation platform HubSpot, and be responsible for supporting Marketing's strategic and tactical and strategic initiatives and the analytics needs of the Go-to-Market (GTM) function.

General Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer HubSpot & Salesloft including support and enablement.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Own regular marketing reporting and analytics in partnership with GTM leadership.

Monitor BDR performance and support the team through analytics, reporting, and compensation.

Develop best practices and maintain SOPs for effective deployment of multiple, multi-channel campaigns.

Align with marketing and sales on best practices & processes for lead management and conversion to pipeline.

Track marketing budget and help prioritize spend across channels.
Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Revenue (Sales, Marketing) Operations experience in a B2B setting; at least 2 years of Marketing Operations preferred.

Expert knowledge of Hubspot required, with additional working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

B2B SaaS/Subscription experience strongly desired.

Strong analytical skills used for KPI reporting for the business.

High-energy, engaging self–starter with excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills; thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Strong presentation development and speaking skills, proven experience building strong relationships across the business.
