The Sales and Lead Coordinator & Client Care Liaison position is responsible for reaching out to all new potential clients and maintaining accurate records. Working with the Sales and Lead Coordinator to onboard new clients and acting as a liaison for new and existing clients to resolve issues. This position will report to the office manager for daily routine operations and to the president regarding any compliance or operational questions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Additional tasks may be assigned periodically as necessitated by business demands.
Handle lead calls and schedule meetings with outside marketing staff.
Maintain data base (CRM) for all leads updating lead status daily.
Conduct telephone admissions / interviews for prospective clients.
Review services, the cost of care, and complete client service agreement and initial paperwork.
Discuss with client and family to accurately assist in the completion of all admission paperwork and assure the client and family understand the process of the nurse in developing the home care plan and their responsibilities.
Schedule and facilitate client and caregiver Meet and Greet appointments.
Evaluate client and employee satisfaction.
Assist with generating required reports and documentation of sales activity including the Weekly Schedule, Pre-Call Plan, Marketing Action Plan and Sales Call Activity Log within designated timelines.
Effectively communicate with the Agency team and referral sources.
Helping to file the initial paperwork with insurance for clients.
As the client care coordinator, speaking with clients who have complaints and liaising with the appropriate staff members to get a resolution.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Maintain positive relationships with all clients, caregivers and referral sources
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience with public speaking along with demonstrated presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications,
scheduling systems and other healthcare industry-related software.
Ability to work well with a team.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately to fully meet the requirements of this position.
Must be able to properly operate office equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, leadership team, supervisors, clients, family members, vendors and all business associates within or outside the agency.
Successful completion and ongoing compliance with all licensing, certification, continuous education, background testing, drug and alcohol testing, OIG and health assessments as may be required under federal, state, or local law or employer policy.
