In your new role as a Allstate Customer Service Representative, you will work very closely with our customers, assisting with renewals, assisting in servicing new acquisitions, and, above all, enhancing their confidence in Allstate Insurance and our outstanding agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reviews to all of our customers monthly
- Call out on company audits to current customers
- Walk customers through signing up with ebill/epolicy
- Educate customers regarding renewal options and facilitate the renewal process for them
- Enhance customer loyalty and reduce the number of cancellations
- Document all interactions in the database
- Jump in as needed to enhance team effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Licensed in P&C
- At least 6 months of insurance experience
- Strong English language communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Empathetic, supportive, encouraging and nurturing disposition
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style
- A 'can-do', flexible and proactive approach to resolving problems and demands
- Ability to expand customer portfolio through cross selling and asking for referrals
- Customer retention or service experience strongly preferred
