Job Role
· Oversee Superintendents to deliver work on time and within budget
· Identify potential problems and cost overruns to proactively solve cost management
· Ensure Client relationship satisfaction
· Responsible for cost management associated with project
· Responsible for CVR (Cost Value Report) valuations
· Monthly billing of assigned projects
· Interpreting progress reports and providing feedback to project personal
· Ensure Submittals/colors PE submits are approved prior to project start
· Ensure superintendent have project information from estimator including drawings and hours
· Order/coordinate all project materials, negotiate price with vendors
· Coordinate schedule, manpower and equipment with logistics scheduling manager

Job duties and responsibilities of the role:
The Painting Project Manager is responsible for supporting the overall strategy, execution of deliverables, project completion & profitable outcomes for a significantly complex project or multiple projects simultaneously. This position will require proficient understanding and knowledge of commercial, healthcare, industrial and/or light industrial painting industries.
Your main responsibilities are required as follows:
· Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, in collaboration with clients and general contractors.
· Must have previous experience overseeing and managing project finances, including expenses, hours, and material costs, to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
· Ability to lead superintendent of painting crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
· Responsible for QC by conducting regular inspections to assess workmanship quality and compliance with project requirements.
· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports with PE/Asst. PM help.
· Tracking project progress and delivering accurate timely billings.

· Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience specific to commercial, industrial or healthcare, both large and small scale.
· Must have previous experience overseeing and managing project finances including; expenses, hours, and material costs to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints
· Must have experience managing variable labor costs
· Proficiency in project management software tools such as Procore, BIM, bluebeam
· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
· Ability to properly utilize software including Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office & Excel.
· Responsible for scope management and overall performance of the project to meet specific goals
· Manage project budgets to a profitability of 30% or higher on overall job costs
· Track and negotiate changes to the scope of work with the GC/Client. Complete and submit change orders for added scope of work.
· Support superintendent oversee project execution, quality control, and other documents as required
· Works with key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
