Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Stock inventory and rotate food supplies as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dietary department or food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
