Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mental health principles, theories, and practices
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders using the ICD-10 classification system
- Experience in providing behavior management techniques to clients
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals from different cultural backgrounds
