Position Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Monitor and manage the front door and visitor log.
Telephone and Email Handling:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform data entry and update records as needed.
- Prepare and maintain office supplies inventory.
Customer Service:
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the company.
- Address and resolve basic customer queries and issues.
Clerical Tasks:
- Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
