Dallien Realty is a Manhattan-based, residential real estate brokerage located on Fifth Avenue. We are in search of highly motivated individuals who will thrive in the role of Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and help us market our exclusive listings. While prior experience in real estate is not required, it is suggested.
The firm represents a variety of owner and developer accounts throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and our agents boast hundreds of exclusive listings. We specialize in cultivating meaningful relationships between our agents and owners/developers across New York City. Our training is centered around providing agents with the highest-level understanding of the variables that affect every real estate transaction.
Our management team is comprised of MBA’s, Masters of Real Estate, former employees of the Financial Industry, and more. The best applicants for this role will be individuals who are excited to deepen their understanding of the economics of real estate that go behind showings and leases.
One-on-one and group trainings in our boutique environment provide our agents with unbounded room for growth.
You:
· Are successful at maintaining relationships and are comfortable interacting with new people
· Are an out of the box thinker and problem solver who will be able to successfully market and present themselves and their listings
· Are able to respond to inquiries, host showings and open houses
· Are creative and unafraid of working to cultivate leads, with direction
· Are a strong communicator both verbally and orally
· Are open to learning about the high-level variables that drive the real estate industry
· Are hyper-responsive and comfortable with heavy, but flexible calendar management
