POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and evaluate MVPs for new revenue streams opportunities following methodologies to test product and/or service traction with consumers. Understand product-market fit and specific consumer needs and preferences that are being fulfilled by different product attributes. Develop an overall evaluation of the feasibility of acceptance of the product and/or service in the market.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and development of evaluation method / model to test key hypotheses for potential new businesses.
- Development and analysis of market studies
- Assessment of competitive advantage, key success factors, capability fit with Sigma for potential opportunities.
- Business case development, including financial projections.
- Conducting research and data analysis for business decisions.
- Apply strategic vision for the evaluation of business opportunities.
- Leverage internal resources & subject matter experts to conduct specific tests to validate hypotheses (e.g., Racus)
- Lead from start to finish the evaluation process of assigned projects (Define activities for each stage, coordinate the teams involved to carry them out, analyze findings and clearly document them in the process)
- Deep analysis of consumers and shoppers. Different profiles according to the proposal that is being worked on.
- Identification of Insight and construction of MVPs
- Coordination with the corresponding areas and geographies to expedite developments and evaluations.
- Preparation of preliminary economics and volumetric projections as part of the feasibility process.
- Coordinate in-store tests in the convenient channels according to the project
- Continuous identification of needs, opportunities, and trends; clear knowledge of the market.
- Launch and operate the new business in the test market, as well as monitoring and compliance with KPIs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ Experience in strategic planning and business analysis
- Knowledge in market research (Understanding of qualitative / quantitative methodologies)
- Administrative skills to be able to manage different projects at the same time.
- Experience in Marketing, Research, Processes, Design Thinking, RACU
- Excellent Communication skills
COMPENSATION
- 116 – 154 K, depending on geography, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is eligible for an incentive bonus, based on the achievements of company targets and individual performance expectations.
