Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the USA distribution market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and grow distribution channels across the USA.
· Identify and prioritize potential distribution partners based on market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with distribution channel objectives and initiatives.
· Negotiate agreements and contracts with distributors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support mutual growth and profitability.
· Provide ongoing support and training to distributors to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell our products.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
· Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and objectives.
· Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales management, preferably in the security systems or technology industry.
· Demonstrated success in building and managing distribution channels, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization.
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and profitability.
· Ability to travel domestically as needed to meet with distributors, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) for tracking and reporting purposes.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
