The Country Club of Vermont is seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Cook to join our culinary team. As a Part-Time Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our esteemed members and guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of menus for various dining events and occasions.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Availability to work Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts.
