As Executive Assistant at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and also act as a community manager for FBG’s NYC office. Based out of the NYC office, this position will provide critical support in managing calendars, creating meeting collateral including decks, supporting project management , and will be involved in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally this person will be focused on office coordination, such as organizing events, facilitating office meals, overseeing office seating and visits. You will play an integral role on the overall FBG team. This role requires a resourceful and proactive individual, who thrives in a fast paced innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the executives.
- Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
- Act as an extension of the CMO and an active voice informing, preparing and aligning the organization
- Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with Marketing department wide initiatives and events
- Daily management of the NYC office, including owning conference rooms, employee seating and distributing mail
- Facilitate meals and event planning for offsites, eg. Game Night, happy hours, Volunteer Day
- Oversee office visits including new and visiting employees, coordinating meeting rooms and greeting internal and external visitors.
Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities

Qualifications
- 4+ years supporting executives in an administrative role
- This role will be based out of the NYC Office
Prior experience maintaining a corporate office and or as a community manager.
- The position involves flexible working hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and have ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
- Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and high profile relationships
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly

The base salary range for this role is $87,000 per year - $126,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.
