Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth within the spray foam insulation market.
Job Responsibilities
- Close in-house leads provided by our marketing department.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Truly Sealed Insulation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry, preferably in sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
