Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our new Teen Program. The Clinical Therapist will provide mental health services to patients, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, offer therapeutic interventions, and implement program curriculum.
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Perform mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Must have experience in treating the adolescent population
- Must be proficient with Kipu in all aspects including implementation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate care
- Proficiency in healthcare management and medical management practices
- Knowledge of JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards
- Excellent organizational skills to manage caseload effectively
