Summary:
The major unit sales person is responsible for selling products, achieving goals to drive dealer profitability and building and maintaining customer relationships. They must have strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. They add value by achieving retail goals, matching customers with the right product based on their usage and creating long term relationships that lead to repeat sales.
Responsibilities:
Meets and greets customers from a service oriented perspective
Learn and use company approved sales process with every sales opportunity
Log names and numbers of customers encountered on a daily basis
Familiar with product and services sold at the dealership
Project positive image to customers at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Customer service and communication skills
Computer literate
Pay Structure: $440 base + 10% commission to be paid weekly
