We are looking for a candidate who will offer the best customer satisfaction to people we serve in the industry by ensuring that our noble customer-service goals are realized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Sending samples by FedEx to customers
- Call answering
- Greeting customers
- Helping manages and label products in show room
- Assisting in Shipping logistics
- Oversees the flow of customer correspondences,
- Formulate clear customer-service objectives that will guide the department’s effort to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Must be open to working weekends and overtime
Requirements
- Understanding of Microsoft office, excel, outlook, and computer skills
· At least 1 year of experience in customer service (plus)
· Must have good phone etiquette
· Must have good organization, written, oral communication, and computer skills.
· Capability of multi-tasking

Must have 2 forms of valid identification.
