Sales Director - Power Generation, Oil and Gas

Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales for Power Generation in the Oil and Gas industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence. Leveraging your deep understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, particularly in power generation, you will lead our sales team to capitalize on opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the sales strategy for power generation solutions within the Oil and Gas industry.

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Drive contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales leadership roles within the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on power generation solutions.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
