Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow HIPPA guidelines.
- Register clients , ensuring accurate and efficient check-in processes.
- Answer phone calls providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
