Job Qualifications – Education and Experience-
Bachelor’s degree preferred

10+ years’ experience as a maintenance or construction supervisor/manager experience with emphasis on distribution center automation and powered industrial lift trucks

Effective communication and interpersonal skills both in person and digitally.

Demonstrated responsibility and accountability

Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required; proven track record of success

Ability to develop teams and manage a budget around existing or new facility needs

Safety training and compliance, OHSA 10 hour or equivalent, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
Physical Requirements-
Maintain industrial machines, moving furniture and equipment, and extensive use of hand and power tools

Requires incumbent to stand, walk, bend, squat climb, kneel, twist and work at heights on an intermittent basis for eight hours a day

Hand manipulation including simple grasping, power grasping, pushing and pulling of materials and fine manipulation
-
Reach and work above and below the shoulder level is frequently performed on a continuous basis for as many as five hours a day
-
Lift and carry items weighing 25lbs or less on a frequent basis throughout the day
-
Lift and carry items weighing 25 - 75lbs pounds on an intermittent basis throughout the work week

Drive automobiles, forklifts and scissor lifts

Work with hazardous machinery and power tools on a regular basis

Perform tasks while using a ladder up to fifteen feet in elevation above floor surface

The anticipated salary range for this position is $146,000 – $167,900 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 120 hours per year and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes two (2) Company paid holidays. Associates earn up to 64 hours as additional Floating Holidays.
