Responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency. Responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and counseling; caring for clients, and coordinating treatment and discharge planning. Prepare treatment plans. Perform assessments. Provide crisis management, counseling, therapies and education for the clients and family/significant others in a therapeutic milieu setting.
Services will be provided at our Behavioral Health Services Clinic, which is located at 116 Buckhorn Lane, Buckhorn, Kentucky 41721.
All applicants must meet the following qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in the Human Services Field.
· Must hold an active professional certification/license recognized by the state of Kentucky for providing counseling services to individuals with a substance use disorder diagnosis: CSW or LCSW.
· Must be able to pass criminal records check.
· Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
