The Green Standard will encompass the values and philosophy by which we operate. First Things First Greet each customer by name as they walk in the main area. Guide customers to either the waiting area, or sales area. Mention their previous time to get a better understanding of what products they may or may not have interest in. The Merchandising Manager is the heart and soul behind our community outreach. We rely on them to prepare events and educational material for the public and staff as well. The Merchandising Manager also doubles as an assistant manager to help the in store interactions run smoothly. Our merchandoising manager is recognized for their creativity and time management skills.
The responsibilities of the merchandising manager include
Responsibilities:
- Display Organization and Design
- Vendor Days + Vendor Education Days
- Social Media
- Event Planning
- Opening + Closing Duties
- Manage Employee Breaks
- Help with sales when we’re busy
- Apply Discounts Correctly for Florists on the sales floor
- Get change for Florists as needed
- Write up’s + occasional disciplinary action

- 1 hour lunch break or two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch as your schedule allows
