JOB SUMMARY:
As a Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the General Manager and may supervise up to 15+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations of the store.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus. Evenings and weekends are required. This is a 50 hour a week position.
