Duties:
- Fabricate and repair tools, dies, and fixtures using various machines and hand tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD files to determine specifications and dimensions.
- Set up and operate stamping presses to test completed tools and dies.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve tooling designs and processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for tool design.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Experience with stamping presses and other metalworking machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
