On Call Coordinator
Evergreen Private Care is a licensed, accredited, bonded and insured home health agency dedicated to providing the best quality care to our clients. We are currently hiring a part-time, hybrid/work from home office position 16-25 hours/week. Weekend availability is a must.
Job Overview:
Join our team as our On Call Coordinator where you will play an instrumental role in providing a high level of customer service to callers after normal business hours. As the On Call Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective phone support, answering questions from clients and caregivers, as well as triaging calls appropriately to direct them to the correct department while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly to prioritize needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong phone/computer skills needed
- Wi-Fi capabilities
- Previous experience in healthcare or phone triage preferred.
- Courteous phone presence.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Background in medical reception or front desk operations is a plus.
- Strong ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent customer support and service skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools.
Requirements:
- High school graduate with one year office experience
- Clear criminal background check
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
